This class is designed for those who have never exercised before and tried classes but found them too fast or difficult to follow. Maybe all you need is a refresher class that can help transition you into more advanced classes. Whatever your reason maybe this class is just for you! Hand weights, fitness ball and tubing will be used to help to increase muscular strength, regain range of movement, improve flexibility and balance and learn simple stretches while sitting in a chair.
